Expanded Drumming is a dance and music practice developed by Jesse and Jacqui. It is an onging process of sharing and playing. Expanded Drumming has had performance outcomes, casual studio sharings and been explored during studio times and residencies.

You are warmly welcome to spend Autumn holiday times with Jacqui & Jesse.

The pumpkin we were preparing for this event unfortunately didn’t make it through the summer storms, but oh well, what is left from our harvest to share with you is some dancing and drumming.

 

These performance events draw from our shared and individual creative processes and open up to new possibilities as they emerge here and now. This choreography is an attempt to: dance a sound check, drum a dance solo, support and sabotage each other.
